We are happy to accept returns or exchanges up to 30 days from your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift Cards are non-returnable but can be transferred to a different recipient.
Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable. Items on sale or included in promotion are refundable for store credit only for the sale or promotional amount.
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the event of an exchange, Wildly Co. will provide complimentary shipping back to your original ship address.
Items received as a gift will be refunded to the original payment source unless shipped as a gift item. Full store credit will be given with proof of gift purchase.
